| BAT
CONSERVATION INTERNATIONAL |
| Bat Conservation International (BCI), based in Austin, Texas, is devoted to conservation, education, and research initiatives involving bats and the ecosystems they serve. It was founded in 1982, as scientists around the world became concerned that bats essential to the balance of nature and human economies were in alarming decline. Under the founding guidance of Dr. Merlin Tuttle, an internationally recognized authority on bats, the organization has achieved unprecedented progress by emphasizing sustainable uses of natural resources that benefit both bats and people. |

| The
MOTHER'S MILK BANK at AUSTIN |
| The Mothers' Milk Bank at Austin is a non-profit organization
whose mission is to accept, pasteurize and dispense donor human milk by
physician prescription primarily to premature and ill infants. We
are currently the second largest milk bank in the USA. Our donors are
healthy women who are breastfeeding an infant and can set aside time to collect milk
for the good of other babies. Donors are carefully screened and tested
before their milk is accepted. Research shows unequivocally that human milk
is the best food for human babies. Human milk is especially critical for
premature and sick infants, who are at greater risk for acquiring devastating
intestinal infections if they are fed formula instead of human milk. |
